After working in several salons throughout my career, I experienced firsthand the challenges of working in environments that lacked professionalism and respect for both the staff and clients. I knew there had to be a better way—a space where beauty professionals could feel empowered and supported, free to pursue their goals in a professional and welcoming environment.
